Wow! I thought Ember was wonderful, but it seems only to get better. I'm hanging on the edge wanting more. E.E. Martin is on her way to fame with the second book,"Flame". I can't imagine that it can get any better, but I know this fine author will surprise me. She has such great potential that I can hardly wait for the rest of her books. She does not disappoint.

Flame Ember Volume 2 EE Martin 9781514769782 Books Reviews
Ember was great, but Flame is even better. I love how it depicts a girl dealing with real world issues. Sure, everyone loves a love story, but everyone can relate to a story where the main character must choose between what she believes to be right and wrong. She also has an ability to see past the wrong-doings in others and show forgiveness. That's not something you normally see in a novel with young characters.
I also loved how I got to know some of the characters better in this novel. It definitely helps me get into the series more when I can relate to all of the characters. This book surpassed my expectations. Definitely a must read for everyone!
